“Had a great experience. EBikes were fun and a great way to see Charlottetown. Staff was awesome from start to finish and we felt the prices were reasonable. One member of our group had a small fall and we were alerted after we returned the bikes that there was some damage. Pics were sent and we were informed that there might be some costs involved. However the next day we were told that the mechanic was able to repair the damages and there were no extra charges. We were responsible, no question, but the way they handled it was very professional and not aggressive in the least.5 star service, For sure!”
